In our vibrant country of different languages and cultures, understanding diversity in the workplace is especially important. Diversity, in the context of organisations and workplaces, refers to the presence of individuals from various backgrounds, including but not limited to differences in race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, and socio-economic status. This module covers the implementation of measures in the workplace to ensure a happy and productive work environment.

After completion of the knowledge section, the learner must successfully complete a multiple-choice questionnaire.

Certification
